Account Suspension and Termination

xv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

Where an account is closed by xv999 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money balances deposited by the player in good faith and not subject to any active investigation will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xv999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, unauthorised account access resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials, or decisions made based on information available on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit xv999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. xv999's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection
